As soon as I receive your order I will advise you of the expected despatch date. UK delivery is free on all orders. I send all orders by Royal Mail 1^st Class Post.

Returns

 I hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Umblebee. Please inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it and notify me within 7 days of receipt if you are not happy. The item must be returned to me within 14 days, unused and well packaged. On receipt I will arrange a refund or send a replacement.  I recommend returning goods by registered post as I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. Unfortunately I cannot refund return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
